We need your credit card as a booking guarantee, in case your reservation type is a “free cancellation” one.
For “non-refundable” reservations, we do need your credit card number in order to charge the full amount of your stay in advance before your arrival.

“Free Cancellation” Reservations: modifying or cancelling a reservation within 48 hours’ notice does not imply any costs in reservations with “Free Cancellation”
But any changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice , will be charged at the rate of the first night.
“Non-refundable” Reservations: these types of reservations do not allow a cancellation and therefore, they are charged to the guest’s credit card in advance.
If you have made your reservation online through our website www.hotelsauce.com or through a different reservation engine: any changes or cancellations must also be made online.
If you have made your reservation via phone or email, you must modify or cancel your reservation directly with us.

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your planned time of arrival.
If the cancellation is made with less time, we would charge the amount of the first night.
“Non-refundable” Reservations: these types of reservations do not allow a cancellation. Consequently, if there is a cancellation, the total amount of the reserved stay will not be refunded.
The full room payment for bookings made directly with us should be made in cash or by credit card at Hotel Sauce reception front desk on the day of arrival.
