The full room payment for bookings made directly with us should be made in cash or by credit card at Hotel Sauce reception front desk on the day of arrival.
Yes, it is possible to do a late check-out until 4:00 p.m. or until 6:00 p.m. for an additional cost. If you would like to do a late check-out, please, let us know in advance at the time of making your reservation, since this type of service is subject to availability.
