We have different menus served with Specialty Coffee or organic Clipper infusions. You can enjoy our juices, fruit smoothies, freshly baked pastries, toast with jam made at the hotel, homemade cakes, mixed sandwiches, oatmeal and fruit bowls, Açaí bowls, our famous Spanish omelette, and much more.
A good breakfast is not fully completed without a refreshing juice. At Hotel Sauce, we offer a varied range of the best selected pineapple, blueberry, pink grapefruit, or orange Granini juices, which are included in our breakfast menus.
You can also enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice, if you pay an extra Euro in your breakfast menu.
At the same time, different sizes of freshly squeezed orange juice glasses are available in ‘A la Carte’ choice.
Yes, in our breakfasts we do serve our special Spanish omelette.
Many guests ask us why the potato omelette at Hotel Sauce is so delicious. The secret is that we cook it with the best ingredients and put a lot of love into it. It is always freshly made and served.
Yes, breakfast service is offered in the Hotel Sauce cafeteria. We have different options and menus so you can choose the breakfast you like the most. We also have a Take away service to take to the room.
Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Saturdays and Sundays, from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.
However, the Hotel Sauce cafeteria is open 24 hours a day so you can always have something to eat outside of breakfast hours.

No reservations in advance are needed to be made. Every morning you can go down to have breakfast and choose your favourite breakfast from our menu.
Yes, at Hotel Sauce we serve our own brand of Papa Largo Specialty Coffee.
Our Specialty Coffee is a 100% Arabica coffee of excellent quality that is distinguished by its aroma, flavour and personality, with a tasting score of more than 80 points according to the SCA tasting.
In addition, it is a coffee of origin, where all the beans come from the same farm, and it is a product that respects the environment and local farmers.
