Sauce Mentality.

The Sauce Mentality tries to explain our culture, philosophy and way of thinking that we believe makes us. The name of the hotel “Sauce” in spanish means “Willow tree”, but to us it’s not just a reference to a tree, it’s a reference to our history. That’s why the Sauce is much more to us than a Hotel, it’s a dream that has reached its third generation.

Our culture is based on a great team and a special relationship with our guests. In this endeavour, we innovated, improved, had loads of fun and explored new ways.
